WhAT DOES INVOICESYNC DO?

    InvoiceSync will automatically replicate new Infusionsoft invoices into your accounting system. It doesn't work in real time, instead it checks Infusionsoft periodically for new invoices and creates new invoices in your accounting system when new invoices are detected.

    Payment plans are detected and the due date of the invoice is set to the final instalment date of the payment plan.

    Invoices with no payment plan are set to a user-configurable due date X days after the date of the invoice. If an invoice has already been paid in Infusionsoft, the due date will be set to the date the invoice is created.

    If you also want to mark your invoices as paid when Infusionsoft processes a payment, InvoiceSync can handle that too! Every time a payment is received, the appropriate invoice will be updated accordingly. Payment plans are supported so your invoices will always reflect the amount outstanding.

    If you sell different products that need to be assigned to different account codes in your accounting system, this is simple!

    Do you charge sales tax on some products and not on others? We can handle that!

WHAT DOES IT not DO?

    InvoiceSync does not handle advanced payment reconciliation with merchant accounts or bank accounts. When a payment is received, the invoice will be updated to show the appropriate payment but you may still need to manually reconcile the transaction with a corresponding entry in your bank feed.
