QuickBooks Disconnect

Once you have disconnected from your QuickBooks account, synchronisations of invoices and payments will no longer function.

You can reconnect to your account after disconnecting but please be aware that you should reconnect to the same account. If you do connect to a different QuickBooks account, there might be issues depending on which InvoiceSync features you use. For details on how to reconnect, see our online documentation.
